Go to the Edit Menu and click on Preferences

Click on the Mail Servers item under Mail & Newsgroups

Click on the first item under Incoming Mail Servers and click the Edit button

Type in your incoming mail server under Server Name;
Make sure POP3 Server is selected under Server Type;
Enter your supplied user name under User Name;
Press Ok

Enter in your outgoing SMTP server into Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
and your e-mail user name in the Outgoing Mail Server User Name

Click on the Inbox icon in the lower-right part of the Netscape window. To check
for new mail, click on the Get Msg icon in the upper-left part of the Inbox window. If
prompted for your password, type in your mail account password.
